Signia is currently finalising new proposals for providing significant further improvements to the redevelopment of the existing underutilised building at 1 Burlington Lane. The new proposals provide a more comprehensive enhancement of the existing building that substantially improves its visual appearance, overall visibility and placement within the conservation area.

From the image to the right the original existing 1980s façade which was to be retained under current development proposals is dated, defensive in its appearance and viewed out of sync with the present-day conservation area.

The deadline for feedback is Friday 30^th September.
